MANUKA NEWSFLASH!

The calendar tells us it’s officially Spring – the weather gods have a different opinion! Never mind, after all the glorious sunny days last month, we were due a cold spell.

But that doesn’t mean that things aren’t hot and happening here at Manuka, as we bounce into Spring with our ELGIN VINTNERS month. We have the full range of Elgin Vintners wines on promotion, with special prices, wines by the glass, and the chance to win a free case of Elgin Vintners wines. On Wednesday this week, we are hosting Paul and Nicky Wallace for our Meet-the-Winemaker dinner.

Come and join us for a soup or salad starter, followed by a pizza or pasta, and taste the range of wines from a delightful new Rosé, through to the award-winning Shiraz. The price of just R99 includes coffee, and service charge. The evening starts at 6.30 for 7.00, and booking is essential.

The Introduction to South African Wine Course being run by the Cape Wine Academy was postponed to Sept 8th, but will start then.
