The next starts on Wed 9th Feb and runs for 4 consecutive Wed evenings. 9th - History of Wine, 16th - Viticulture, 23rd - Wine Making, 2nd March - Exam. Cost R695/person. Evenings start at 18h00. Venue is at Manuka Tokai. www.manuka.co.za
